PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for registering for a short course or the conference (either as a presenter or as a late registrant) is Friday 9 November.
To attend the Biometrics conference, you will need to register by filling out the registration form. The form is available for on-line submission or for printing out, completing and submitting by post or fax. Before registering, please take a moment to read through the following details concerning registration fees, key registration dates, additional catering required, how to register and registration queries.
Note: All delegates who wish to present a poster or oral presentation at the conference are required to register. For your abstract to appear in the conference program and proceedings, you will need to register by Friday 9 November, 2007.
Registration fees
Earlybird registration for the conference has now closed. The conference registration fees are now:

For this, you will receive access to all conference sessions, a conference bag (including program booklet), a ticket to the Welcome Reception, morning tea (every day), afternoon tea (Monday and Wednesday), lunch (every day) and a ticket to the conference dinner.
Note the organised social activities for the afternoon of Tuesday 4 December are optional. Tickets will need to be purchased separately for these through the registration form (Section E).
Student registration requires that the delegate is a full-time student at the time of registration. Students must provide proof of their enrolment (a signed letter from a supervisor or lecturer will suffice) when registering or to the registration desk at the conference.
Member registration applies for members of the International Biometric Society Australasian Region (or other regions if applicable). (Note: A reduced registration fee is just one of the many benefits of joining the society. For further details about the society and about becoming a member, see member services.)
Day registration is also available for $200 per day. For this fee, you will receive access to conference sessions on your nominated day(s) of attendance, a conference bag (including program booklet), and catered breaks on the day(s) you nominate to attend (i.e. at least morning tea and lunch and possibly afternoon tea if attending Monday or Wednesday). Note that day registration for Wednesday does not include entry to the conference dinner. You will need to purchase a separate ticket to attend this event (See Section D on the registration form).
