Bulk bookings at special conference rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at two establishments, Novotel Pacific Bay Resort and Country Comfort Coffs Harbour. Descriptions of accommodations and a summary of the conference rates are listed below.

Please take a moment to read the following important notes:

• All accommodation rates are listed in Australian dollars and are valid for the duration of the conference only if booked through The OzAccom Group (via the registration form). Rates include GST.
• If booking Twin Share accommodation you must include your sharer's name on your registration form to validate the booking. The OzAccom Group and The International Biometric Society Australasian Region are NOT responsible for organising or finding sharers for those delegates who choose Twin Share accommodation.
• The Ozaccom Group will endeavour to book your preferred accommodation choice, but room choices will be decided on a first come, first served basis.
• Accommodation bookings made after 2 November 2007 may be subject to further terms & conditions.
• Room charges are to be paid directly to the hotel on check out although a one night deposit (cheque or credit card) will be required to secure the booking.
• The conference rates are also available for limited periods both before and after the conference for those delegates who wish to visit Coffs Harbour outside of the conference period. Delegates can make these bookings through Ozaccom by providing details on their registration form.

Novotel Pacific Bay Resort

This property boasts opulently furnished guests rooms with balconies overlooking the lagoon, garden or nearby mountains. Rooms include air-conditioning, in-house movies, satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, ISD/STD direct dial telephone, dial-up internet, refrigerator, mini bar, alarm clock, hairdryer, guest laundry and dry cleaning. This is the most convenient accommodation for walking distance access to the conference venue.

Country Comfort Coffs Harbour

Country Comfort Coffs Harbour is located just 750 metres from the beautiful Diggers Beach and just a 10 minute walk to your Conference venue. Rooms feature a television with Austar, mini bar, air-conditioning, modem access, broadband internet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
